Keith Knee

Keith Knee is an accomplished entertainment, media, technology, and finance executive—an advisor and investor who launched Spartan Venture Group at the 2024 ICR Conference.

Knee brings a distinctive perspective on founder-owned and entrepreneur-led businesses, having partnered with more than 20 companies over the past 15 years. His recent work has centered on senior-level advisory and strategy engagements for companies including Redbox, ICR, Paramount, iHeart, and T-Mobile.

Earlier in his career, Knee worked closely with Ron Meyer during Meyer's tenure as Chairman of NBCUniversal, helping bring an entertainment technology company into the NBCU fold. When Knee first met the company, it had five employees and no revenue. Through his work as EVP of Strategy—a role he joined on a one-year contract—the company grew to 65 full-time and 150 part-time employees and generated millions in revenue.

Since then, Knee has continued to advise emerging companies at the senior level, helping founders validate their markets and build new revenue streams. He has done transformative work for clients including Octopus Interactive, Lottery.com, Wrapify, and Vatom, among many others.

In ad tech and marketing, he has guided several companies to successful exits. His advisory work includes senior-level deal structuring between Uber and Octopus Interactive, which culminated in Octopus's acquisition by T-Mobile in early 2022. T-Mobile subsequently engaged Knee as a senior advisor to help launch its ad solutions business. By the time his engagement concluded in October 2023, Knee had met every milestone, positioning the division to drive tens of millions of dollars in new revenue. That track record led Knee to launch Spartan Venture Group in 2024.
